Government - Defence - Development a Defence workforce strategy, for inclusion within a Defence White Paper that set out government expectations for Defence over the coming decades.

Public - Large Agency - Support to a new DCE to prioritise and better articulate the Business Group plans, realign functional structures across Business Groups, conduct a baseline activity/cost review, and accelerate the development of the agency's organisational strategy.

Private - Health - Supported the Executive team to develop and define a future business model and strategic ambition. Included prioritisation and articulation of programmes and projects aligned to the strategic narrative. This included the development of mid to short term planning and reporting documents.

Public - Social Development - Stakeholder and sector partnership engagement to forge an implementation plan for the National Strategy for Financial Capability of New Zealanders.
