Not-for-Profit - Health - Programme lead for the design and assessment of target operating model options, and the detailed design of a preferred organisational models (including sub-functions, capabilities, and roles required) for the organisation's corporate services functions. This involved ensuring the right capabilities were being developed and provided to enable wider organisational strategies.

Government - Defence - Review of organisational arrangements and capabilities to shape a subsequent operating model transformation programme. The review included the development of future model for functional and executive structures. The programme included implementation of a new executive structure and governance framework (including Board establishment). In addition, the programme delivered new operating models for the Human Resources, Public Affairs, and the Office of the CE functions.

Government - Media - Development of a future business model, functional and management structures for New Zealand's independent public service multimedia organisation.

Not-for-Profit - Health - Review and design of a target operating model (including organisational design) for the organisation's clinical operations function.

Public - Culture & Heritage - The design and delivery of the national museum's organisational renewal programme (operating model), including organisation design, governance and culture workstreams.

Private - Health - Review and co-design of the organisation's community health services organisational structure.

Government - Agency - Redesign of executive and management organisational structures within New Zealand's official data agency, in order to achieve cost efficiencies.

Government - Defence - Organisational redesign of the agency's Public Affairs function.

Government - Large Agency - Supporting the development of a People Capability Strategy, plus establishment of a People Experience (PX) Hub. The PX Hub created a physical space within which to run a number of PX sprints, including journey mapping, HR service desk optimisation, and leadership onboarding. Support included the transfer of capability to client staff members in order to sustain new ways of working within the People & Culture team.

Private - Financial Services - Implementation of a People Experience hub to identify and implement opportunities for improvements (including automation) across recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Government - SOE - Review of performance management frameworks, policy and process for improved strategic congruence, reliability, acceptability, and usability.

Government - Social Development - The review of the agency's current performance management frameworks, policy and process, and research into contemporary practices.
